All of our items have been specially chosen, they are vintage/antique, have all lived a life and will have the age related wear and hence they need to be handled with care. As we want your purchase to arrive safe and sound, we offer a professional and quick delivery service with all our items being packed in-house and delivered by a trusted global courier.
Delivery Costs
We offer a professional and quick delivery service with trusted couriers and in house packing. Courier service is chosen based on item dimensions and weight.
* For any fragile or Extra large items we offer a 1 and 2 man courier service, to receive a quote please contact us via phone or email. For certain items a collection service may be arranged.

Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your order during or after busy periods (Sales, events, public holidays)

Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days

All delivery charges are subject to change and our Customer Service team will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case. All prices charged are in GBP

You can request during the order process that your parcel is left with a neighbor or in a safe place.

Please note the courier will be selected depending on the size of your parcel/order and location.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments.

Please note for large orders, delivery cost will be weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take additional payment if required. If you are placing a large order, please email us with all the items you would like to purchase with your delivery address and we will send you a shipping quote.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a delivery service to UK Mainland Zones 2 and 3 via the website. If you would like to make an enquiry about delivery to UK Mainland Zones 2 and 3 please contact us.

Prices for overseas deliveries are weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price to take additional payment if required. International customers will need to provide a full postal address, (no PO box numbers), a contact telephone number and an email address. Postage & Packing...
I will endeavour to deliver your treasure to you as soon as possible.
If I’m out hunting when your order comes in I will confirm the order as soon as I’m able. Please then allow 5 working days from date of dispatch to which I will also notify you. Working days are classed as Mon-Fri. Cut off for postage is 1pm.
Sustainability is important to us and wherever possible we will pack your item with the kindest products available. There maybe occasion, for the protection of your item that we have to use bubble wrap or such like but we will always try to source recycled/recyclable packaging.
Where's My Order?
We have chosen our delivery partners because they care about their service.
For smaller items please check you order confirmation email for expected delivery dates. We will keep you updated as to when your parcel has been dispatched and if there are any delays.
Larger 1 man & 2 man items are dispatched from our warehouse. Our delivery team to contact you to arrange delivery within 3-4 days from the date you placed your order.
